Processing & Shipping:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your items.
  • Normal processing days excludes holidays 
  • Shipping options include USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express with tracking information included
  • For shipping with other carriers including UPS or FedEx please contact us BEFORE completing your order
  • If your package is missing or delayed, please initially contact USPS at 1-(800)-275-8777. Following contact with USPS, send us an email at exploratoripins@gmail.com
  • Please ensure you have provided the correct address.
  • Items are not insured and Exploratori Pins is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
  • If your package is returned to Exploratori Pins due to an incorrectly provided address, you will be contacted via email within 7 business days.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges: 

  • We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
